For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as “the hirer”.
Vegascool Selfie Magic is referred to as “the company”.
The agreed hire time is the actual usage time at the venue.
Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
The deposit required is £75, this is non-refundable.
The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, then 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
Should cancellation occur within 4 weeks of the event 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
No drinking or smoking within the booth will be allowed.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies equipment caused by the hirer, or the hirer’s guests.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to provide the correct information at time of booking, the company accepts no liability for incorrect information.
During the event we reserve the right to close early if people become abusive to us or are not using the booth as instructed to the point where it is at risk of damage. This is for the safety of ourselves and other guests, no money will be refunded.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
An equipment failure will only result in a pro rata refund.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the booth.
The time slot that is booked with us cannot be changed on the day or night of the hire. This includes weddings where the venue or schedule has fallen behind. We are happy to wait and start later, however our finish time will be what was agreed at the time of booking. If extra time is required this is at our discretion and may include an additional charge. Charges are within our prices.
We will need 45 minutes setup time and 30 minutes pack away time.
We reserve the right to use any pictures taken in our booth for marketing purposes.
Our Monthly Payment Plans…..
Our payment plans do not occur any interest and all monthly payments are rounded up the nearest penny.
This method of paying gives you the opportunity & flexibility to spread the cost over a fix term.
All payments are to be paid on the same date of each month for the full term, you can choose either the 1st or 18th of the month to pay.
You will get an email with your current balance each month after payment.
All payments that are made are none refundable for any reason and the company’s terms & conditions still apply above.
